Authentic Food Tour in Tirana with Brikena Exploring Tirana’s local food scene with Brikena was an amazing experience! She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about Albanian cuisine. We visited hidden gems , trying delicious dishes like byrek, tave kosi, fërgesë, and fresh local produce. Brikena shared fascinating stories about the history and culture behind each dish, making the experience even more special. Everything was well-organized, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you want to taste the real flavors of Tirana and learn about its culinary traditions, I highly recommend this tour with Brikena!

we did the tour as a couple and wanted to see more than just the highlights, what you find in online guides. Our amazing guide Brikena was extremely knowledgeble and also was flexible to our needs in where we needed more time. The tour had several stops to get food (it started with a delicious snack at the beginning), but the highlight was the last stop at a Kommunist bar with the most important "holy water" - the RAKI. Brikena also gave us insight in life and culture of Albanian people and we even learned some vocabularies for our next visit. She didn't monitor the time strictly - so our tour was almost one hour longer, because we had so much to ask and to see. We can absolutely recommend this tour and our guide.

My 14yr old son and I went on the food and walking tour of Tirana. We started a few minutes late, but ended up more than making up for it during and after the tour. The food stops, history, and paths we toook around the city all were off the beaten path. Our guide, Markel, was excellent at listening to our preferences and making it as personalized as possible (ie- giving my son extra shopping places to try :) We enjoyed every moment and even retraced most of the tour on our own later in the day to revisit some of our favorite places we wanted to explore more.
