Do not expect a modern ferry, but it does its job. We brought our rental car onboard, which was a bit pricey. The staff were rather rude and dismissive, not patient with us at all. One of the crew members did not even trust our ticket and asked for proof of payment. We were also charged an extra 2 euros for taxes and fees, with no receipt provided. Despite that, I would still recommend the ride because the landscapes along the way are absolutely stunning.

I went for 1 day trip with Rozafa tour for 36 € for the route (Shkoder-komani-fierze-komani-shkoder) They took us in a bus from Shkoder at 6:30 AM and the ferry moved from Komani lake at 9 AM we stayed in Fierze like 40 minutes and left at 1 PM finally we have reqch at shkoder at 5:30 or 6 pm Some notes will help you to enjoy the trip: - The trip in the lake is one of the best activities to do in Albania . - The ferry if safe more than the small boats. - Take jacket with you as there's some areas between the mountains you will find a very heavy winds and cold. - Take water and some snacks with you. - Try to avoid the toilet as much as you can specially for females . It's not clean at all. - the road from shkoder to Komani is the worest road in the worled it's rocks around the mountains, but now some of areas are under construction hope it will be fixed soon

Absolutely disgusting! 🤢🤮💩Look at the diesel leakage and spillage of Rozafa Ferry!!! The Rozafa company with all their hotels, boats, shops etc are making thousands of $ every day/ millions a year exploiting this natural paradise of Komani lake and are not even able to keep their boats maintained to avoid pollution! Within minutes the spillage covered the entire area of the harbour! Imagine this boat driving 2.5hrs along the lake... how much diesel is spilled! 🤮Shame on you!

This ferry is the best thing in Albania, saves so much time instead of driving AND BEYOND BEAUTIFUL!! The view is perfect. The water is a nice teal color and the mountains are like a painted picture

Such a beautiful view ❤️ I would recommend buying tickets in advance. We bought them in advance, even though we had a rental car. The ferry was so full, I can not imagine there would be any free spot if you tried to buy them just before departure.
