it was a good trip, very well organized, l liked it we were picked up from the hotel in Kuta, accompanied throughout the trip. in Nusa Penida we had our own driver. in the evening they brought us back to the hotel l recommend this travel agency. It was good experience
We used the tour company for a private group tour of 23 people whilst in Bali. I booked with Gregorious months in advance and I paid a deposit for all the tours. We booked transportation to and from the airport, a full day trip to Ubud (which included the temple, waterfalls and zipline) a half day fishing trip and a full day boat trip to Nusa Penida. As soon as we arrived in Bali (after 24 hrs in travelling)Gregorius met with us at the hotel and wanted the reminder of the balance, we agreed to pay another 60% of the total, so he now had approx 70% of the full cost (at this stage he only had provided 1 transportation service) I felt it was really not customer service friendly that he was actually pushing for full payment when there was no guarantee that he would be able to provide the fishing trip and the full day boat trip (as this was raining season and sometimes weather might not permit) . The second day, we again had disputes as again he wanted the reminder of the amount and third day likewise! In the end we paid also the remaining amount in 2 stage payments. Our group tours were approx. 3,800 Euros so it was a lot of money. The full day boat tour was by itself approx 2,000 usd, so if it could not be provided we would of seriously been out of pocket! Gregorius offered to exchange it but there was no tour that compared with this cost .Other than this we were very pleased with the tours, service, guides and everything else that was provided for us. We had a great time and would recommend his services. He was with us up to the last minute, worked overtime, patient, friendly and is trust worthy.
So, everything was wonderful and was well organized. The views are amazing!!
