This taxi service is amazing. Ken was unbelievably helpful during our arrival to at STI and all the way to Las Terranas. Super professional and ken called multiple times throughout our ride to make sure we were comfortable and to translate to our driver since we do not speak Spanish. Unfortunately we had a terrible situation happen the day after arrival and I contacted ken to help us with transportation and he found someone immediately within the hour to transport us to alternate lodging. Meanwhile he offered excellent tips for tourist activities and restaurants in the area. We will be here for a month and he will be my first point of contact for any transportation needs while we are here and he has us already scheduled for transportation back to the airport when it’s time to leave. We recently used this taxi transfer for our trip to Dominican Republic. First day a pickup from the airport which went very smoothly. Ken came along to greet us for our trip to an overnight hotel. We used this taxi service 4 times including 2 overland to the north of the island and airport pick up and drop off. Ken provided us with all the details of our itinerary for transfers via email, also sent confirmation emails. Pricing was very reasonable and payment via cash or card available. Very professional services. Ray and Felix our drivers were friendly and helpful. All the vehicles were very clean and modern with great AC. Always on time to pick us up. I'm glad we found this service and would highly recommend them to others

A Luxury Car Service of US standards. This is the second time I have used them and they keep impressing me more each time. You send them your trip plan and they are there for you the whole time you are in country. A great service at a great price, Drivers are knowledgeable of the whole country and I know it as I we drive to the border twice a year for years. Their drivers do it better and it is much less expensive than the least expensive rental. The management follows up on your plan with a great price and recommendations if requested. Five star service, staff, and management.
Great experience with Santo Domingo Taxi. Ken (reservations) and Rino (driver) were both super professional and helpful. They even sent a minivan so I could have extra room for my dog, and accomodated a last minute date change when I missed my flight. The minivan was newer and had wifi. Rino was waiting for me with a sign at the airport as expected. Super easy and great experience. Highly recommend!
