Excellent experience from start to finish thanks to Frank and Otero. We were staying about an hour and a half outside of Punta Cana so we wanted comfortable and safe transportation and booked Transekur in advance after finding them on Google. When we arrived in Punta Canada we found the desk easily since they emailed instructions in advance. They helped bring our bags straight out to the private van which was already waiting for us on time. The driver (Frank) was friendly but not overbearing or anything and the ride was super comfortable. We had an early morning flight booked back at the end of our stay and the return driver (Otero) was right on time to pick us up from our resort's lobby (at 5:30 am - sorry!!) and even called us on advance to let us know he was on his way. He loaded our bags up, was really nice again like the first driver and we had no problems at all. Offered wifi, water, etc. The vans were super comfy, clean and new. We will definitely use this company again next time we're in the DR. 100% worth it for the reliability, comfort, convenience, safety, peace of mind etc. Also wanted to add that our flight was delayed when we arrived and it made no difference at all. We were grateful they waited for us with no problem, no extra charge etc. Really excellent service and worth the price.
We had booked a transfer with car seats for our kids 4 and 6 years old. Also everything was good on arrival (two standard front -facing car seats with harness), the taxi didn’t have a car seat for our six years old on the way back (not even a booster). Edit : the reply of their costumer service below is a lie and they did not provide anything for my 6 years old!! Nothing was attached per “European standards” because there were nothing to attach for him. Please at least acknowledge the mistake instead of lying! I did confirm several times per email the weight of my kids AND length to make sure there would be car seats!! Not a good experience. This is specifically why we paid so much for a smooth transfer from and to airport. (Mind you we paid 180 US dollars for 10 min taxi back and forth !!!!!). Contacted their customer service that said the car seat are only complementary and because the transfer was done they would not reimburse one way. Will absolutely never use again. Such a shame as otherwise the driver drove very carefully.

We booked this for return transfer from PUJ to our hotel in Punta Cana. Driver was waiting for us with a clearly marked sign. We paid cash. Driver picked us up promptly at the return time. Transport was efficient and drivers very friendly. Highly recommend.
Great service from arrival to departure. Our flight arrived a little late but our rep was still there and with a name plaque so it was easy to find. Collection was on time and as my phone wasn't active abroad I used email to stay in touch with the team to update them on collection times etc... I highly recommend pre booking a transfer as there is a lot going on and lots of sales people when you land it could get overwhelming when you land.
