Friendly staff. Offered me a free cigar at my level of smoking intensity. Gave us a short tour of the facility. They sell majority of Don Lucas cigars, with a small few other brands. However they are more expensive on their cigars compared to other locations. They are cheaper on their alcoholic bottles. Huge gift shop including real jewelery, gifts, chocolates, cigars, and alcohol. I would go their for everything except for the cigars. I can find far better pricing at another location in Dominican Republic. Thanks.

this was a cool place to go they gave u cigars to try along with some really good rum to try as well.

Вот обновлённая версия отзыва с добавленной деталью: --- Great spot for a full Dominican experience! Don Lucas is the perfect place to dive into local flavor — you can taste rum, sample hand-rolled cigars, see how they’re made right in front of you, and enjoy some really rich Dominican chocolate. Sure, the prices are a bit “tourist-friendly” (Meaning double), and yes — you can find the same cigars in local supermarkets for almost half the price. But honestly, the whole experience is worth it. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, and you’ll leave with good memories, great photos, and maybe a little buzz from the rum tastings. Women will love the variety of local cosmetics — great for gifts or souvenirs. Definitely worth a visit!

I was greeted with the upmost love and catered attention by Pepe, my nee amigo and an extremely knowledgeable aficionado who takes pride in their work, there at DLC. I went early in the morning because I didn't want to have huge crowds and be rushed, and therefore, the time spent was with me alone, and no dumb questions from others as I take my cigar life very seriously and went to learn more. I want to bottle the humidor scent in a jar and inhale every day, LOL.. Don Lucas are at the moment, my favorite sticks, due to the smoothness, ow even burn, flavor isn't harsh. With that said, IT WOULD BEHOOVE YOU TO TASTE BAVARO BLACK RUM, they are shoestring to your shoes, must go together. The manager , staff, and definitely PePe (ask for him) he even speaks a little French.

Really nice experience, learning about tobacco industry ! There is shopping area and coffee factory and chocolate factory ! The prices however are tourist prices ! You won’t get anything less than what you get inside your hotel!
