Our 5-day vacation in the Big Apple (NYC) was perfect from start to finish! Despite the cold weather and freezing temperatures, Lisa (our tour guide) and Libni (our driver) did an absolutely amazing job navigating us through the city. Lisa was incredibly knowledgeable—her explanations, stories, and insights helped me learn so much throughout the tour. She kept the entire group engaged, informed, and excited, even in the chilly weather. Truly outstanding! Libni, our driver, was just as impressive. Calm, skillful, and attentive, he made sure we were comfortable and safe the entire time. His driving through the city was smooth and reassuring. Together, they made the entire experience unforgettable. Bravo to both Lisa and Libni! Highly recommended.

JR and Maria are the best!! I ended my 6-day trip to New York with the Big Bus Tour, and it was honestly the perfect way to wrap things up! The guide was amazing — super friendly, gave clear and interesting explanations about every spot, and made the whole ride so much fun. The driver was also excellent — smooth, safe, and professional.
