Took the bus from the airport to Miraflores. Brayan was really helpful and answered my questions. The bus left on time, it has wifi, and was comfortable.
Smooth experience on arrival in Lima with our transfer from the airport. The return trip, however, was a different story!! We booked the 8am departure from Miraflores which didn't turn up!! We waited for more than 40mins before we ordered an uber. From the outset, staff at the information centre told us the bus was 15mins away.. and then said that the bus wasn't coming at all, with a substitute coming instead? Not the stress you need when travelling to the airport. Unprofessional and very disappointing. Emailed about a refund as we pre-booked our tickets online, still waiting to hear back... Recommend using a different service or getting an uber/taxi.
