The staff we dealt with here ( tour guides ) where absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend using this company, we would have never of seen as many wonders of Iceland if we had of tried to visit these places ourselves. 1st trip we went on was the Blue Lagoon. This was amazing, super relaxing. Once you are dropped off, you can spend as long as you want there all day as there are various times to come back on different coaches, they will advise of all pick up times. We stayed at the Oddsson Midtown Hotel. We got picked up and dropped off right outside our hotel on each trip. The pick up initially comes on a normal bus to collect people and take them to the main BSI terminal. Once there, you walk straight through the building to the other side, where there are plenty off staff to tell you which coach you are on, depending on what excursion you are going on. They all speak great English. Our 2nd trip was the Northern Lights, that same day, we found out about 1pm that day that this was cancelled ( weather, cloudy ) we received an email to rearranged for 2 days later as weather looked like it was better. This trip went ahead, however we didnt see any Northern lights, so we got another email to rearrange within the next 2 years for free. This is an amazing option if you plan on returning to Iceland ( trust me, we will be back) Trip 3 was the Golden Circle Tour and Fridheimar Greenhouse, we loved every minute. I think we worried about the length of the trips but the tour guide Inga was amazing, can't thank her enough. She explained everything on a microphone on the coach as we traveled, told us lots about Iceland. Every stop had toilets and chance to get food and drinks etc. Thank you Inga. Trip 4 we decided to book for our last day here. We only booked this on the coach back to the hotel after such a fab experience on the Golden Circle Tour. We booked the South Coast Wonders. Think we decided to do this after seeing how it worked on the previous long tour. Wow, wow, wow. What an unbelievable place. Waterfalls, black sand beach and the glacier was outstanding. Our tour guide was Sólveig and driver was Lazio. Sòlveig was a fountain of knowledge too and made the trip very enjoyable. Only thing I would recommend is if you are going on a long trip is to make up a packed lunch. I mean you can buy food whilst there but its so much cheaper to do this if you are watching your pennies. We both can't thank you all enough. Trust me we are already planning on coming back to see you all again. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. See you soon. Helen and Peter McDonald

A full day but loved every minute! From pick up to return, the day was full of adventure, history all topped off by our amazing guide and driver. WOW! We would do it all again on our next visit 😊 This was part of a package from Reykjavik Excursions snowmobile day trip. Excellent guide Ritchie Rich and Bjössi, Takk Fyrir! 🙏

Did 5 tours with Reykjavík Excursions and even my airport pickup and drop was via them. Lava vent, Blue lagoon, northern lights, Snæfells peninsula and golden circle. Of all the tours charging worked perfectly great in all the busses. WiFi was hit or miss especially on the golden circle tour. But the guides Joh, Johannes, Gunnar R were local and very knowledgeable. Northern lights sighting was the most beautiful ever. The peninsula tour got canceled but they helped me swap my tiger tour dates so that I could easily fit in in the peninsula. Guides made sure we got perfect light on all key spots so had really wonderful pics. Also gave us right guidance for safety especially with sneaker waves. None of the stops felt rushed and they had the right amount of restroom breaks. Seats were super comfortable and could rest between destinations. Pickup for most buses was on time. Drop off options were really good!

We took the Small Group South Coast Excursion with Klaus, the 'Candyman' (Driver/Narrator). The trip was fun, informative, and adventurous... 2 Waterfalls, 1 Glacier, a famous Beach, a small town, and a delightful 😋 bakery. The bus was comfortable and safe. Expectedly, the weather was a mixed bag, but never too inconvenient (just part of the experience of Iceland). I'd highly recommend this trip if have the time & you want a full day immersed in Icelandic outdoor activities.
