I had a very disappointing experience at this campsite. The shower in my accommodation got extremely hot and I ended up with a burn mark on my arm — something that should never happen anywhere, especially in a family camping village. There was also an ant infestation inside my mobile home, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. While the location itself is nice, the overall organization of the campsite was chaotic. I had to wait two hours in the sun before I could check in, even though I arrived at the agreed time. I really hope the management takes safety and maintenance more seriously, because no guest should leave with a burn scar from a shower.

Absolutely fantastic campsite! The spot we were allocated was perfectly level and spacious, making it ideal for setting up our tent. Great facilities and a very peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, despite the high quality of the facility, I am forced to report an incident that occurred on August 28, 2025, at around 5 a.m., which, under EU and Italian law, constitutes a serious crime. We stayed at your campsite for two days. On August 27, at around 6:40 p.m., we went to the reception desk to ask about the possibility of paying for the entire stay in advance, as we had to leave early the next morning before the reception desk opened at 7:30 a.m. We were told that there was no problem and we made the payment, receiving full confirmation of the payment. At around 5 a.m., we attempted to leave the campsite and drove our car towards the exit gate. A woman approached us in front of the gate and asked what we were doing. We explained that we were leaving the campsite, and she told us that we couldn't leave now. We drove closer to the barrier, because there was another person standing there, who turned out to be a security guard. We explained that we had paid for our stay the previous day because we had to leave early in the morning as we had a very long journey ahead of us, involving several hours of driving. At that moment, we were lied to for the first time, because both the security guard and the other lady told us that the barrier was locked until 7:30 a.m. and that it was not possible to leave the campsite earlier. I said that we had to leave, that we had agreed this the day before at reception when we made the full payment, and I also showed proof of payment for the entire stay. At that moment, the lady called me a liar, because she said she had not received any information from anyone at reception, so I must be lying, even though I had shown proof of payment. At this point, EU law, which guarantees freedom of movement for EU citizens, had already been violated. Italian law concerning unlawful detention had also been violated. I said that we had to leave because we had a very long journey ahead of us, and then the woman just looked at me and said, “jump,” pointing to the car, indicating that I should jump over the barrier with the car. At that moment, the security guard joined the conversation and started threatening us that he would call the police. I told him that it was a great idea and that he should do it right away, because then we would be able to leave, since they were illegally detaining us here. Then the campsite staff started talking to each other in Italian and also started addressing us in Italian. I explained that we didn't understand Italian. I communicated with them in English the whole time. When I insisted that he call the police, the security guard began to back down and said that they would only arrive after 40 minutes because the police station was far away. I said that he should call or I would call because they were not giving us a choice. The campsite employees started discussing something among themselves again, and then the security guard took our proof of payment again and, from what I saw, took a photo of it. And this proof contains our full personal details. It has my first name, last name, and home address. So this was unacceptable behavior. However, the worst was yet to come, because the security guard went to the booth and opened the barrier after taking a photo of our personal details. Even though he had previously claimed that the barrier was blocked. He approached our car from the passenger side, where my partner was sitting, who had been crying for several minutes because she was very stressed by the situation of being held by them. He repeated three times that we should remember his face because if he lost his job because of us, he would find us. After this threat from the security guard, we left the campsite and drove away. We are devastated by this situation because we don't know what to do or what to think, as this man threatened to find us and now has our personal details, including our address. We don't know what such a person is actually capable of.

Nice and clean campsite, but expect grumpy staff and avoid the place with kids… Although there theoretically is a lot to do for kids, unnecessary regulations (more and more every year) make the stay a lot more complicated than it should be; no balls or toys in the pool, whirlpool not allowed under 16, not even with a parent, strict rest times where kids are not even allowed to ride their bikes and a lot more. We have been here multiple years now, but the kids have lost interest because of it and we will find another campsite in the area next year. A shame, it used to be nice….

We had a fantastic stay at this campsite! Everything was clean, tidy, and well taken care of. The pool area was definitely one of the highlights – spacious, modern, and great for both relaxation and fun with the kids. Another big plus was the location, just a short and easy walk to the beautiful beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, perfect for a family holiday. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others!
