Ugh! It started 2 hrs later than described-9 am vs 7 am-which meant for a 12 hr tour it wasn't over until 10pm ish. Lunch was at 4 pm! My husband and I missed connecting at the bus at Tulum. Knew where and when we were supposed to meet up but couldn't find the bus parking lot despite asking at least 10 workers where it was. Bus took off without us, had to pay $1500 pesos to take taxi from Tulum to tour next stop at Coba. Guide was knowledgeable but didn't seem very interested in his duties or clients. We are in our 70's/80's and have traveled all over the world, many times. This was the worst tour ever!
