Liars and ruined our trip. Cancelled at 9:41 when tour was supposed to start at 9:00. We waited and they didn’t show up. The claimed it was weather related and lied. All other tours went out. They contacted me the night before and changed the tour claiming the catamaran had motor problems and offered a different boat. I agreed only to be stood up with my whole family of 8. Cozumel was the port we were most looking forward to and they ruined our day. We also spent $60 in cab fares from the port which wasted more time and money. Dishonest company. Beware!!!! Would never ever use this company for anything. Your response is also a lie. The tour was confirmed and I have tickets. YOUR organization sent a message the day before changing the meeting point and the boat due to motor issues. How on earth is that not a confirmed reservation when YOU sent me a message in WhatsApp on the changes and where to meet YOU. I’d love to see the port closure. Many boats were out.
