It was a nice trip, perfectly organized, great dinner. Be aware that the one way ferry ride to Montevideo is around 2,5 hours, so it is a long day.

The full day was excellent. Food can improve. No alcohol drink at the restaurant.

Customer services is a joke. Make you pay for tickets that they don’t send you in. No one can resolve this matter. Got my money stolen ! they don’t even give you a reasonable explanation solving the problem. Amateurs, lack of professionalism

I have a 7.30pm ferry back to BA. Arrived by 6.30pm and the custom for both Urugay y Buenos Aires are very efficient. However due to some document or approval issue that was heard from the announcement after that the ferry was delayed for over 35mins. There is only one VIP lounge that sells drinks and cookies. So better prepare some snacks before. And remember to keep the QR code paper. As they will collect it when boarding. Almost got a heart attack when the staff asked us to get it prepared and I couldn't find it. No idea why they need to collect it as all passengers must go through the custom in order to get the boarding paper with QR code. Not any other people.

I missed English translation during declaration filling and notifications. Personal does not speak English, do not understand even simple questions. I understand that mostly this ferry is used for travelling to Argentina, but I feel like Uruguay is very welcoming for tourists and I wish that more places care about making travelling easier.

They should extend the crate and muzzle policy to children to make the ride much more enjoyable. Kids screaming and running around everywhere with their parents ignoring them. Bring good headphones! Also, don't count on the WiFi working on the Francisco to get any work done.

HOW TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM BUQUEBUS WHEN THEY CHARGE YOU ONLINE EVEN WHEN THE TRANSACTION SAYS IT DIDN'T GO THROUGH. Did you try buying tickets on Buquebus' website to receive a message saying that the transaction didn't go through and then later it did, and now you are charged twice? Yeah, me too. And judging by the comments on Buquebus a lot of others are in "the same boat". lol. Let me tell you what to do: DO NOT TRY ADDRESSING THE PROBLEM WITH BUQUEBUS. THEY ARE THE MOST BUMBLING BUNCH OF APATHETIC FOOLS THIS SIDE OF THE EQUATOR. CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE. THAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I might have spent 6+ hours of my life trying to get my money back from those numb skulls. But I hope that I can save someone else the pain.
