Spectacular 30th Anniversary trip to Puerto Varas and Bariloche, with stopover in Buenos Aries. Stunning scenery. Cruce Andino crossing was particularly spectacular. Say Hueque-arranged guides were outstanding; prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. Whole trip was seamless--Say Hueque did the work that allowed us to focus on the journey. Highly recommend.

We are from Wisconsin, USA, and were planning our first family trip to South America. I usually plan our own family trips including to Europe and Australia, but was pretty unfamiliar with South America, especially related to transportation and language. I found this company online and after reading the reviews we decided to work with them. What a great decision!! From the very start they worked with us to find out our likes/dislikes and built a great itinerary covering Buenos Aires, several stops in Patagonia, and Iguazu Falls. Great mix of activities, amazing hotels to choose from, and constant communication from the team which made sure we felt very taken care of. Milagros Reynoso of the Say Hueque team was so great to work with. She gave us suggestions for extra excursions & fun and then kept checking in with us both before and during the trip to make sure everything was going smooth. (We are especially grateful she encouraged us to do the Jungle Falls boat tour and get "baptised" in Iguazu Falls!!) I strongly encourage you to take a chance and go down to the amazing country of Argentina!

Fun exploration opportunities and outstanding service with Say Hueque! Thank you to Mel the travel specialist and Julieta the guest relations specialist! I shared my hopes and they made my dreams come true! Super responsive, helpful, detail-orietnted and just all around awesome strategists to help plan your best South American experience! I also very much so appreciated the historic and popular hotel options with perfect location to public transportation (of needed) and access to lots more! Sunrise, sunsets, excursions, walkability scores (100%), proximity to everything beautiful - culture, food, dance, serenity... I enjoyed it all with a safe and fair experience. Thank you Say Hueque!

The trip to Patagonia was outstanding. We started in Buenos Aires. Small group tour was great and the tango show with dinner was the best dinner show I have been to, totally outstanding. This was just the beginning. We trekked, saw glaciers, ate great food, saw sea lions, penguins, guanaco, Darwin's rhea and Andean condors. Everything worked well, a couple of minor hiccups on national park tickets that were easily resolved. I would do it again with Say Hueque.

Really only have positive things to say about them. This is the 2nd trip we had them organize for us and they did not disappoint. Customer service was amazing. All of our questions were answered right away. We booked this trip last minute and wanted to hike the W Trek which is something you usually need to book out way in advance. To our surprise they pulled off the entire thing for us less than two months prior to our travel dates. We had about a half dozen private transfers arranged with them including the drive from El Calafate to Chalten. We had no issues the entire trip. All drivers showed up on time! Their customer service WhatsApp service throughout was amazing with responses to our questions within minutes. Overall, highly recommend this company. You definitely pay a premium for that kind of service but if you don’t want the hassle or simply don’t have the time to organize a big trip yourself this is the company for you.
