Pick up from Rovaniemi city center is included in the price, and the journey to Kotatuli farm takes about an hour along scenic roads that gradually become narrow forest paths. Upon arrival, guests meet the horses in their herd, groom and equip them for riding, and receive guidance from the experienced local guide to ensure safety throughout the trip.

The ride takes participants along forest trails where wildlife signs such as tracks in the snow or glimpses of reindeer, hares, foxes, and moose may be observed.
