It was a challenging journey - full of mishaps (by me) and then additional stops in a challenging terrain. It was point to point the longest Crete journey one could take, but Alex met it in his stride. He was a fantastic driver, probably the best I have ever had in mainland Europe. Everything was perfect. I booked the transfer online. On the day of the transfer I got a call informing us that the driver would be there in about an hour (which would be the scheduled pick up time). He arrived on time and the drive to your destination went smoothingly and we further got a lot of information from the driver about Crete. Would recommend it to everyone!

Excellent & reliable. Clean modern cars Competitive price Our flight was almost x 2 hours late and the driver was there waiting for us - very polite and smiling. Helped us with our bags and drove us safely to our hotel. Was very friendly and full of tips re the local area etc. We booked through the driver on the way back and again they came on time to our hotel. Would definitely recommend

Lots of great reviews here, but I had to add another one :) At first I wasn't sure because it looked strange that everyone is so happy, but they did a great job in communication and confirmation via email. And of course the pickup in the middle of the night. Our driver helped us with all the luggage we had with 2 kids and had all the kids seats needed. Simply a good punctual service in addition to a very good price.
