Classism at its finest for a cheap sightseeing boat cruise. Dress posh, dress rich, bring your fancy purses. If you dress casual they will not sit you by the windows and tell you those seats are reserved.
I took a sightseeing tour with Royal Line Helsinki and really enjoyed the experience. The price was very reasonable, and the one-hour cruise was just the right length to see the beautiful fjords around Helsinki. The staff on board were friendly, and it was nice to be able to buy drinks during the trip. An automated tour guide played throughout the cruise, which made it easy to follow along and learn about the sights. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing way to experience the city from the water, and I can definitely recommend it.
We had a lovely 45-minute tour of the Helsinki harbour with Royal Line. The boat was comfortable, and the views of the shoreline and islands were great. A relaxing and scenic way to experience the city from the water. Friendly staff made the trip even better.
Super bad service, normal food. All other tables got cleaned up. The staff is just ignoring us all the time. I talked to the staff to clean up our dishes, but only three minutes after, they came to us. I don’t know why we got ignored. I hope not because of race. Food is fine if considering it’s on the sea, but surely many restaurants can do much better than this. There is also a plant falling down hitting people. Quite dangerous. Why having such dangerous decoration?
What a great tourist tour and food experience aboard this small cruise, leaving Helsinki harbour into Eastern Helsinki islands, with an amazing sundeck to enjoy the sightseeing with drinks, and if suits you, with smoking allowed. Restaurant's "captain menu" was incredible in flavours and top-notch quality ingredients that followed up very well with riesling wine. Full access to buffet. Staff was super professional, even dressed up to the occasion. Affordable and more than reasonable prices per person. To do more from the same cruise travel agents.
