Tutto molto bello per quanto riguarda l’escursione. Ma abbiamo aspettato 2 ore e 30 prima dell’inizio dell’esecuzione. In quanto ci è stato comunicato di essere sul posto alle ore 17.

The water actually glows when you move through it, which is amazing to witness in person. Before visiting, I’d heard stories about it, but experiencing it firsthand was almost surreal. The venue itself was okay—nothing fancy or special. The staff did their best to keep us entertained with a dance show while we waited for the boat. Once we got out on the water, though, the wait was absolutely worth it. Watching the lagoon light up around us as we swam was incredible! The water is shallow, no more than 4 feet, so you can literally stand in it. The captain and crew were very friendly and informative, and life jackets were provided for those who couldn’t swim. If you’re in the area, I’d definitely recommend checking it out.

A very short bus ride away from the RIU Aquarelle and Royalton. I recommend this excursion if you are nearby. We went as a large group, which resulted in having our own boat. We were welcomed with a rum punch and proceeded to watch the sunset as we waited to embark on our boat ride. The captain and crew entertained us with the history and facts of what makes the lagoon luminous, along with their funny stories, jokes, and marital advice. The water is colder than you might expect. On our return we watched the fire show, which was good.

Beautiful sunset. I had had the fried chicken with rice and peas at their restaurant. The fish soup was delicious and it came with my meal. The bread was perfectly warm, for the butter to melt. Before going on the tour, they had some dancers perform on stage. They were very entertaining! We booked the Luminous Lagoon tour and got to see some bioluminescence and even swam in the water! They provide life jackets in case you don’t swim well. Captain Dave was funny and made sure that we all got there and back safely.

Really wonder place to visit, you are given a warm welcome upon arrival. You are offered welcome drinks and have the opportunity to choose between rum punch or fruit punch for those who don’t drink alcoholic beverages. The boarding process is easy, you are given a safety jacket, you learn about lagoon and what makes it glow. You get the chance to swim and take pictures which are absolutely beautiful.

There are only four places in the world where you can do this. We were staying at the Riu Aquarelle and it is 5 minutes from there. So we had to go. Our guides on the boat were awesome and really funny. Don't be cheap, if you enjoy it then tip them. It's just an amazing experience. When we got back off the boat, they had the fire eating show.
