Might be very aggressive staff in all these trip busses, just to warn you, watch out, Vietnam is for sure not Thailand.

They had clearly an overbooking. They wanted to change our departure time, which didn't suit us. Also, unlike other companies, it was a big difficulty to provide hotel transfer. Because we did not immediately agree, they canceled our tickets themselves, in a very unprofessional manner, instead of finding a solution, this a few hours before departure.

I used Sapa Nomad to get from Sapa to Hanoi airport. Communication was easy and due to my mix up in flight times, they were very accommodating in changing my time. Bus was clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
