I absolutely recommend this tour! They were punctual, efficient and kind. They picked us up at our hotel on time, drive us to the harbour, then boat to the island and then the boat tour which was just amazing. The boat was clean, with three levels so we could spread out and enjoy the sun. The group size was perfect for making new friends and also having privacy. "Happy" was the most amazing tour guide, knowledgeable, engaging always happy, a delightful human being! The kayak tour was nice and lunch plentiful and delicious. As expected, Lan Ha Bay was less crowded and equally beautiful to Ha Long. This is high quality service with kindness and efficiency - if you want to avoid the crowds and have a unique experience, go for it. It was definitley the best tour we took during our 2,5 weeks across Vietnam. Thank you, Happy and the crew!

Five Stars is Not Enough! Look no further—this operator sets the gold standard! We were so impressed by their logistics; they are the only company we found offering convenient, flexible transfers connecting Hanoi, Cat Ba, and Ninh Binh. We also booked the cruise with them and the experience itself was flawless. We had the most marvelous time exploring the bay. Our guide, Tony, truly made the trip exceptional. He was a perfect host: engaging, fun, and highly professional, striking a great balance between leading the group activities and giving us space to relax. The itinerary was packed with adventure: scenic cruising, kayaking through stunning waters, swimming, and an unforgettable stop at Monkey Island, which was the absolute highlight of our journey. Tony ensured we were safe and comfortable every step of the way. The lunch provided was excellent, and having access to hot showers immediately after our swim was a lovely touch. We are leaving with the fondest memories and will definitely book our next Vietnam excursion with this phenomenal team! A truly must-do experience.

This office can arrange you transfer from Hanoi to Cat Ba in a nice buses and with english speaking steward...they offer you a free water, there is a charging slot for phone, they will let you choose if you wanna take a cable car over the sea to the island(which is paid extra - i think it was like 60k dong) or water speed boat which just a normal not very beautiful metal boat but included in the price of the ticket. Both methods should cross the channel in similar time of like 15-20 mins...we only tried the boat but i guess during nice clear weather the cable car could be nice ...we also used this company for transfer from Cat ba to Ninh Binh afterwards but the comfort there was significantly lower. We went by minibus, there were some vietnamese passangers also who were playing videos on their phone loudly even though it was night, the sharp lights in the minivan were still on so I couldn t sleep and noone spoke english ...so for the way back from Ninh Binh to Hanoi we used another company but to be honest It was only a little bit better because it was daytime but otherwise same style:) Maybe that line HaNoi -Nimh Binh is not yet so used so they dont have proper turist buses like between Cat Ba Hanoi ...I dunno .. so just be aware ...but you can take with them with calm heart the Serenity cruise in Ha Long! That one was awesome

I took a day trip to Cat Ba, and I’m dazzled by the astonishing service they provided during the whole trip. value for money: 10/10 it was so much worth it! Don't thing twice, just to it! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Cat Ba is just as outstanding as Ha Long Bay and it's much less crowded, which is a plus for me! The buses and the boat were all great. itinerary: 10/10 We had plenty of time to do all the activities, the tour to the village, fish massage (it's so tickly!), swimming and kayaking. I wouldn't change a thing! service: 10/10 The tour guide Bihn is a hell of a guide! Besides guiding us with extreme attentiveness throughout the trip, he also taught us about History and curiosities related to Hanoi and Cat Ba. Moreover, he gave lots of suggestions on food when we were on our way back to Hanoi. service on the boat: 10/10 I must give a shout-out to the people responsible for the vegetarian selection of dishes. Only three people from the whole group were vegetarian, and we had a true banquete! The crew was very helpful and prompt to help, one of them even helped adjusting the life vest.
