I took part in one of these tours with two girlfriends on holiday from the UK. We were picked up and driven by Julia to one of her family’s vineyards and olive groves. She talked passionately about the growing and harvesting processes of the grapes and olives. Following on we went to her parents house, which included an old stone built outhouse containing vintage barrels and tanks for ‘grape crushing’ by foot. We were treated to a tasty light lunch and glass of the local wine. The trip ended with wine tasting at the co-operative. A fabulous, informative trip.

Just retured from my second tour with the amazing Julia and once again had the best time! Julia is an absolute delight and takes time to tell you about the island and its history, especially in terms of its wine and olives. The food provided is delicious. I could eat it every day. The wine at the winery is also delicious, and the views are absolutely stunning. I'm sure I'll be doing the tour for a third time next year.

Delightful wine tour, and Julia will come and pick you up - so you don’t need to worry about taxi. And more than that, this was, like, a soulful experience: a beautiful family vineyard, being welcomed into the family home for lunch (made from local produce), a visit to the cooperations winery for tasting - it was just so affirming and beautiful. Sorry, that might be the wine talking, but this was just the most lovely experience & I would massively recommend it.
