Our guide Abdul was very nice and responsive!
We were stuck in the van for over 4 hours, the roads were closed because of heavy snow fall. The car, even though it is a snowy town, didn’t have chains and we had to keep getting in and out to push the van for over an hour. We missed the sunset camel ride and sandboarding and the evening in the desert. We also missed the atlas mountains and the monkeys. As well as all other other stops. We stopped for lunch at 4:30 pm, not reasonable. No one offered us any perks for missing this or an apology. Our driver got violent and nearly crashed several times. As well as the fact that it was not guided at all. When we did stops. We got out of the car and weren’t told how long to be there or explained where we were. Horrible experience no apology on behalf of the provider… we were also told we had to share a room with a stranger, even though the description of the activity says otherwise. As well as there being a mouse in the room on the bed and all throughout the night we could hear
