One of the most unique and interesting national parks I've been to. Rock formations you don't see in other places and huge waterfalls. Absolutely worth visiting, but take note that when hiking, some trails are more well marked than others.
One of the most amazing and beautiful places you can see in Brazil. Wonderful national park! It can be a little bit hard getting by inside the park but it is definitely worth the effort! You can take day or multiple days tours from lencois to all of these great places in the park or maybe hire a car from Salvador and make your own trips. Definitely a must see place if you are in Brazil and love raw and untouched nature.
Paradise...waterfalls, caves, beautifully carved river beds, amazing hiking trails, unique fauna all that can be found here...you can immerse in wilderness for days, choose guided trips and hikes. See amazingly blue or red waters...Lencois is lovely and vibrant little town for all budgets. I would recomend at least 4 days to experience and explore a bit of Chapada finest places. I bet you will fall in love.
