During our recent trip to Cape Town, we had the distinct pleasure of having Claudia as our guide for two full-day tours. The first was a tour of the city, which included walking through the historic sections in and around Company’s Gardens, as well as driving to beautiful Kalk Bay to enjoy the scenic views. The second full-day tour was Stellenbosch Vineyards and the artsy community of Franschhoek. We found Claudia to be extremely knowledgeable regarding both the history and culture of Cape Town and surrounding areas. We had lots of fun both days and feel like we made a new friend along the way. Claudia spent time learning about our likes and interests and did an “on the spot” tailoring of both tours to customize them for us. For example, we are vegan so Claudia found us restaurants that would meet our dietary needs. She also went above and beyond in taking us to a pharmacy when we mentioned that we had difficulty finding one the day before. A bonus is that Claudia is an excellent photographer - she took some of the best portrait photos of us on our entire trip.
