I've used Premier several times over the past year. Here's my observations: 1. The reservation system: is fairly straightforward, no bells or whistles but does the job. Their member profile part of her website is awful and very difficult to find and review your current and historical reservations. 2. Vans, usually fairly clean and large enough for your needs. 3. Driver's: this is an issue for me. I've had several drivers and each one drives like he get paid by the mile. Yesterday, heading home in the rain, our driver at times drove faster than 75 miles per hour on a 60 freeway in the rain. I understand that driving all day has the ability to instill a high-level of confidence in someone, but when dealing with my family, I'd prefer a much more cautious driver. This, while taking places on 1/6, wasn't the only driver we had with them that drove excessively fast. I'm surprised they aren't in more collisions on I-5, I-405 or 167. 4. Custom Service, this is where they are truly exceptional. Easy to contact and always a pleasure to communicate with. Never a problem with their customer service.

One of the best airport shuttle experiences I’ve ever had! The service is professional, great value, and affordable. The online booking process was simple and clear, and I really appreciated the text reminders that kept me updated. I loved the personal touch of knowing my driver’s details once I confirmed I was ready—something most companies don’t do. My driver today, Samantha, was outstanding—warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She even stayed with me until she knew I was safe at my destination. That level of care truly sets this service apart. Highly recommended! Premier Airport Shuttle also has a permanent spot at Island 2 on the 3rd floor, enjoyed a chit-chat with a couple with a service-dog while waiting for different shuttles provided by the same company. (Yes, they are pet-friendly too). Highly recommended for Door-to-door airport transportation.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had to deal with a last minute shuttle change for a very important job candidate for a faculty position we are hiring for at The University of Puget Sound, and Justin Johnson and his supervisor Robinson came to the rescue! Not only, were they able to provide me a private shuttle experience for the passenger at a much lower rate than I expected, but they did it with a level of quality customer service that you just don't see these days! It was very refreshing to have real, compassionate people helping me throughout this experience rather than below standard-level customer service from an AI-Bot. Excellent service from SEATAC to Olympia, and our driver was wonderful: professional, engaging, and communicative. He and Premier made it possible for him to still be waiting on us after our flight was delayed for over an hour (without burdening other passengers)! Matt, I think, was his name - great driver!
