Three-Day Classical Tour Unveils Greece’s Ancient Heritage from Peloponnese to Delphi

A comprehensive three-day classical tour of Greece is offering travelers an immersive journey through some of the country’s most significant archaeological and historical landmarks. Departing early from central Athens, the route takes visitors deep into the Peloponnese and beyond, showcasing Greece’s rich ancient legacy.

The first day of the tour includes a scenic drive through the Greek countryside with a stop at the Corinth Canal, a striking feat of engineering connecting the Aegean and Ionian Seas. The itinerary continues to Epidaurus, home to the renowned 4th-century BC theatre celebrated for its near-perfect acoustics, before moving on to Nafplion and the ancient citadel of Mycenae, including the Lion’s Gate and the legendary Tomb of Agamemnon. The day concludes with an overnight stay in Olympia.

On the second day, participants explore Olympia, the birthplace of the ancient Olympic Games dating back to 776 BC.
