Dave

My wife and I did the hike and tour of the carving center as one of our Disney Cruise shore excursions in mid September. We were hoping to experience a little taste of the Alaska rainforest with a knowledgeable guide. Little did we know that the absolute best part of the experience was our guide himself; knowledgeable, engaging, thoughtful and very easy to talk to. I cannot remember his name (sorry, too many shore excursions, too many drivers & guides) but he mentioned he had relocated to Alaska just a couple of years ago from Virginia (?). We had an amazing afternoon in the state park and at the carving center. And after a wickedly good cookie (I could have eaten a whole bag) our guide told us about the salmon in Creek Street and dropped us off there. Not only were there salmon, but a group of harbor seals. Wild Wolf; your guide was amazing. Hopefully you can figure out which one it was and pass along our regards. It was memories like this that formed the absolute best part of our Alaska cruise.

Our family did the 3 hour rainforest and totem tour. Kevin, our tour guide and driver was great. Very knowledgeable of the area passed his knowledge and love for both the rainforest and totems on to us.

Zachary was an absolutely fantastic tour guide and great driver! From the moment our tour began, his enthusiasm and passion for Alaska, nature and wildlife were contagious. He was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights and stories about the rainforest and the totems. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience, offering helpful tips and always having a smile on his face. We highly recommend any tour led by him – you're guaranteed a wonderful time.

Our family did the Rainforest Trek tour last year with Zach and had a fantastic time! He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and we learned a lot while exploring a beautiful forest and beach! I'd highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Ketchikan! 😊

Thank you Wild Life Tours for picking us up right where we de-boarded our cruise and made it so easy. Jeff was an outstanding tour guide and shared his local knowledge as we drove to the Tongass Park. Great (easy) walk through the forest, unfortunately didn’t see large wildlife but a few toads and tried some fresh berries along the way. The second half of the excursion at the Totem Pole park was interesting and beautiful little park. Highly recommend this excursion if you stop in Ketchikan on a cruise!
