My family goes on a lot of Ghost tours and this is flat-out one of the BEST. It starts at a cute bookshop and with an included coffee drink which was a wonderful start. Then the time flew by as the group went through actual historical stories about Fredericksburg and the hauntings that resulted. Eugene is a super storyteller and really brought the scenarios to life for us. The visit at dusk to the Mason's cemetery was insanely atmospheric and spooky! Definitely going back again!
Eugene was great! We did a ghost walk starting and ending at Tales and Tails, which is my favorite book store 😍 We got a complimentary beverage for our FGWW ticket and I had a lovely hot apple cider. The walk wasn't too long, and all of the history and facts were fascinating! Eugene had even spoken with some of the business owners and the Mason's gave him (us) access to the Masonic cemetery, Novel brought out the decades old doll that was found in their basement, and Tales&Tails showed us surveillance footage showing ghostly behavior. I learned a lot of wild information, and we even got to play guess what country Eugene is from, did a chance to win two tickets to another history walk! Unfortunately none of us guessed correctly. It was still a good time and my friends and I want to try one of his other ghost walks, too!
