Stayed at the Grand Palladium and did eight dives with Captain Water Sports. Duran-dive guide along with Gregory and Akeem for boat Captains were all excellent. Thank you-diving in Jamaica was a highlight for me this trip because of your staff!

I have used to this company on several trips. They’re always amazing. The workers are helpful, and always gets you to the spot you want to be. Unfortunately, the lady at the Holiday Inn in Montego Bay that does booking is one of the rudest Jamaicans I’ve ever met though.

My family and I are all staying at Secrets St James and decided to wake up early, get breakfast, then go snorkeling. However, that didn’t happen. We went to sign up, and was told they decided not to go out. We asked why, the lady said they didn’t have enough staff. However there was a group coming in at that time, so it didn’t make any sense. So upon further asking the actual reason they are going out again, the lady was very rude and then stated they scheduled a 10am tour with a group. This was not the only encountered myself or my family had with them that was unacceptable. A family member had been asking about info for the motorized snorkeling earlier in the week, and he was told 3 different descriptions and prices by 3 different employees. 1. They lied 2. Disorganized with scheduling a tour knowing you have an activity at that exact same time 3. Highly do not recommended. You are better off doing an excursion off site.

My wife and I used the services at Grand Palladium. We received the best service EVER! Cordelia was such a pleasure and she did all she could to make sure we were on our snorkeling and water tubing activities in a timely fashion. Cleve and Orion did our snorkeling. They made us feel so safe and told us much about the land. I don’t know how to swim but Orion was right there making sure all was well and swam alongside us. Then for tubing we had Akeem and Gregory. Let me tell you, Akeem is my new best friend lol. He had us laughing and having a blast from start to finish. Gregory made sure the speed boat was giving us the adrenaline rush we were looking for while being mindful of our safety. I would pay every dollar all over again and even tell my friends because the service was so great. 10 out of 10.
