amazing experience definitely get your moneys worth! you get to feed, bath with the elephants and walk with the elephants, as well as a meal at the end. also workers are very friendly would recommend - Joy was our tour guide who was very lovely :) the elephants are also treated with respect and it is very ethical

They advertise themselves as ethical. But it's sadly another elephant camp, and not a sanctuary at all. I had barely been there five minutes before seeing one of their elephants pacing. It was quite upsetting. I was told this was just a habit, but i don't beleive that they are able to enjoy just being an elephants, or rehabilitated other than to learn their new jobs. Even when one dusted themselves, a keeper came and brushed it all off. The elephants are made to be fed, walk and bathe for the enjoyment of the visitors. I really should have done my homework before going.

Our visit to Phang Nga Elephant Park was nothing short of magical – easily one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand Our guide, Joy, made the day truly special. She shared her profound knowledge of the elephants with such enthusiasm, explaining their histories, behaviors, and individual needs in a way that was both informative and inspiring. It was clear how deeply she loves and cares for them – her gentle interactions and respect for their space showed a level of dedication that’s rare to see Each elephant has such a distinct personality! From the playful youngsters to the wise, gentle elders, it was fascinating to observe their unique traits and bonds with their mahouts. Seeing them happy, healthy, and free to express themselves in this caring environment left us feeling uplifted and educated about elephant conservation.

We had an amazing day at Phang Nga Elephant Park. The whole experience felt both educational and deeply personal. Our group was very small — just three couples — and each pair was matched with their own elephant. That made the day feel truly intimate, because we actually got to know the elephants rather than just observe them. We learned about their personalities, prepared their food, fed them, and later washed and scrubbed them while they relaxed. It never felt rushed; instead, it felt like spending time with a gentle giant you were slowly building trust with. Our guide was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the elephants. You could feel the love and respect in the way the whole team interacted with the animals. The atmosphere at the park was calm and peaceful, and everyone we met was warm and welcoming. We ended the visit with a lovely lunch, which was the perfect finish to a beautiful day. A fantastic and memorable experience — highly recommended for anyone who wants an ethical, intimate, and heart-warming encounter with elephants.

Absolutely amazing experience. The elephants are all well looked after and extremely happy. They go back into the mountains on an evening then come back down through the day. An experience that I will never forget
