don’t be fooled by the 24 hour free cancellation policy. I tried to cancel my ticket because I wanted to stay longer and it was extremely difficult. There is no reliable contact source and when we called the website to cancel we kept getting hung up on. The only number that works is a WhatsApp number on your ticket. No email or website contact can help but this isn’t listed or clear and we were told to email our number to cancel but when we did it wasn’t the right? when we contacted the WhatsApp number they were unhelpful and weren’t able to consider my circumstances. They said it was too late the to cancel and I could only swap (to a bus that I would not be able to make?). I recommend using a third party booking system that you can easily change if you need. This whole process was so frustrating I didn’t use this company on my return.

Its okay to go through this company to get to Koh Chang, but not the other way around. The best way to get back from Koh Chang is to get to the ferry terminal on a tuk tuk and board a bus there. I went with the big blue bus company but I don't think it matters which one specifically

The trip from Koh Chang to Suvarnabhumi was made at the pace of a snail. Would never take that company again. Was supposed to leave Koh Chang by 10am; it left at noon. The only good point is that they can pick you up from your hotel for an extra fee (50b per person). The way from Pattaya to Koh Chang was even worse. Slow, yes but also not cleaned before we boarded the van. So we had the leftover bottles of the previous passengers.

Ì recently used this bus company and it provided a very smooth punctual service. The driver was pleasant and drove responsibly. Unfortunately the return trip was delayed by an hour or more. The minibus had seen better days. But as before the driver was friendly and very good.

At first, I will give them 5 Stars. From BKK to Ko Chang I had a good experience, the service was good, and the car departed from the airport on time. But when I went back to BKK. It was delayed for 15 minutes and before we went to the Ferry the driver went to check his car at the garage. And I noticed that this car has rain wipers and yes it’s raining near BKK. Where the safety?
