This immersive journey begins with comfortable round trip flights between Istanbul and Izmir paired with smooth airport transfers and hotel pickup and drop off. On arrival you are guided into the heart of ancient Anatolia where history and culture unfold effortlessly. The first day focuses on Ephesus a remarkably preserved classical city where grand avenues and iconic landmarks reveal stories of past civilizations. Highlights include the Library of Celsus the Temple of Artemis and the peaceful House of the Virgin Mary believed to be her final residence. Cultural enrichment continues with visits to a traditional Carpet Weaving Village and a renowned Leather Factory offering insight into local craftsmanship.

The second day leads you to Pamukkale a natural masterpiece celebrated for its white travertine terraces and healing thermal waters. You can relax in the warm pools while admiring the striking landscape shaped by nature over centuries. Nearby Hierapolis adds historical depth with its impressive theater and vast necropolis reflecting ancient life and rituals. I tried to find this place. It's given as the meeting point on getyourguide. There was nothing to be found. It doesn't exist. And that's where we're meant meet!?? Make it make sense.

Embarking on a two-day adventure with Unique Ephesus Tours, we explored Ephesus and Pamakkale. Led by Erdem Eryılmaz, day one revealed the wonders of Ephesus, including the Library of Celsus and the Temple of Artemis. Lunch at Turkmen Carpet provided an educational dive into local artistry. Erdem's expert guidance and advocacy for preservation enriched our experience. Day two, guided by Yesra, took us to Pamakkale, where we explored Hierapolis and the terraces of carbon minerals. Despite minor hiccups with lunch and admission payments both days, the blend of historical knowledge, modern insights, and passion from both guides, especially Erdem, made this excursion a top highlight of our two week Türkiye trip.

A magnificent natural wonder 🤍 We paid 120 TL for two people to enter, and we also got museum passes. After walking a short distance, you have to take off your shoes. I wish I had brought swim shoes. The water is cold in some places, and the rocks hurt. You can bring a plastic bag to avoid carrying your shoes in your hand. They don't allow strollers anyway. If you're going with your child, I definitely recommend bringing a change of clothes, because they'll get wet. When you get to the top, you put your shoes back on. There are cafes where you can take a break, but they're extremely expensive. It was a wonderful experience. Our family was amazed and we had a lot of fun ❤️
