Every ride not heated except for 3. Food bad at every restaurant. Best part is the exit.

We returned to Jungle Aqua Park as our stay 10 years ago was superb. The return didnt live up to expectations. Unfortunately the site is just too big. The water park was great for the kids, but the food was typical cheap and easy to feed on mass. We did find that The Tagine was our best option for food. Traditional Egyptian and Morroccan food, which was full of flavour. The staff in this restaurant were the best. The room we were given was in the 5 thousand area. We upgraded to a bungalow, but this was not a bungalow. The reception staff were blunt, rude and not helpful. The VR area was greatly received on the first night of our stay, however the kids grew bored quickly as the machines and games were very worn. The headsets wouldnt stay on properly. The cafe allowed smokers during the day but not in the evening, the lingering smell put us off sitting in there with the children. The Spa was brilliant, shout out to the African ladies Marie and Maria, who gave me the best massage before returning home! The walk to senzo mall didnt take long, and the hotel shuttle to the beach was good, although one of the buses wasn't in the best shape.

This is honestly one of the worst hotels/resorts I have ever stayed at. The rooms are in terrible condition – broken locks, cracked floor tiles, leaking air conditioning units, and switches that don’t even work. It feels more like staying in staff quarters than a proper hotel room. The service was just as bad – staff were unhelpful, communication was poor, and there was no real sense of customer care. The food was very disappointing as well, with very little quality or variety. We booked 4 rooms, spending nearly £12,000 GBP for one week all-inclusive, and it was a complete letdown. My own room alone cost me £3,000 GBP for the week, and it was in an unacceptable state. The only positive is the large Aqua Park, but honestly, it would be far better to stay in a decent hotel or resort nearby and simply pay to use the water park. Overall, I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel. It does not deliver on service, quality, or value for money.

Jungle Aqua Park – Hurghada, Egypt: A Colorful, High-Energy Family Resort Overview & First Impressions Located on Safaga Road, just 20 minutes from Hurghada Airport, Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park (also known as “Neverland”) is a massive all-inclusive resort built around one of Hurghada’s largest water parks. With 35 winding slides, 33 pools, and over 800 rooms, it doesn’t just feel like a hotel—it’s more like a vibrant water-themed amusement center . ⸻ Water Slides & Pools The sheer size of the aqua park is its biggest draw. Numerous family-friendly slides, a special zone for toddlers, and high-thrill options for adults make it a standout destination for all ages. Many reviewers highlight the brand-new “Neverland” addition with even more rides and splash zones (). Lifeguards are plentiful, and safety protocols feel well-considered, making it especially reassuring for parents . ⸻ Accommodation & Grounds The resort features bungalow-style accommodations, spread across expansive manicured lawns adorned with animal statues—creating a playful “theme-park” ambiance . Rooms are spacious, equipped with flat-screen TVs and mini-fridges, though some feel dated and lack ambiance . ⸻ Dining & All-Inclusive Experience With six restaurants offering global cuisine and 12 bars—including ice-cream parlors and poolside cafes—the resort boasts great variety. Many guests praise the quality and choice of food . Still, a few have noted hit‑or‑miss experiences: slow service, limited menu options at times, and abrupt dining hours . ⸻ Entertainment & Activities Beyond the water attractions, guests can enjoy tennis courts, a mini‑golf course, fitness center, indoor spa pool, kids’ club, and evening shows. Animators and character mascots receive high praise, adding charm and energy . However, minor gripes include inconsistent adult ride availability in the evenings and occasional pushy staff behavior . ⸻ Service & Cleanliness The majority of reviews celebrate the warm, helpful staff—particularly in pool and restaurant areas—with many names highlighted for exceptional service (). Still, a minority report rude encounters, cleanliness issues like ants in rooms, and slippery surfaces near pools ().

We arrived at the hotel quite late and were welconed by the staff and told to leave luggage, leave passport and go and have something to eat......we were impressed that they did everything whilst eating so no waiting. This hotel is so big and it's important to find your place but we spent most time outside the Main Building because of the Pool and Medium size slides........they have a really fun animation team with Adela and Gabby who were brilliant all week. They did games every day and were always enthusiastic......I did the Olympic Games today and it was a really good thing to break the day up. I would encourage everyone to get involved. Hotel is clean, staff always helpful, nothing is too much trouble.....and they bring me beer to the Sunbed....result!
