My husband and I chose Mena to guide us around Aswan, Luxor and Abu Simbel, and we definitely made the right choice. Mena took great care to ensure we had a wonderful time and taught us so much about the ancient mythology of this mystical place! He was also very personable and extremely friendly. We were a little hesitant at first because we had to pre-pay but we realized that was unfounded, as they were very communicative and remembered our exact itinerary, following up with questions and info on our driver. We had booked a transfer from Luxor to Aswan with two stops, and our driver was excellent. The car was clean (plus he removed used water bottles at the stops to keep it clean), our driver was very professional and offered information on things we drove past without ever feeling like he talked too much. He stopped to get us cane sugar juice after asking if we'd ever tried it, and lunch from a falafel stand. He never rushed us despite us paying a flat rate. Overall an excellent experience. We also appreciated that Mena called us at the pickup time to make sure we had found our driver, and went over the itinerary again to ensure there was no confusion with the driver.
