The hike begins at the Canolfan Cwm Idwal Visitor Centre, located at 300 meters, and proceeds along scenic trails toward Y Garn, which stands at 947 meters. From there, the route descends to the picturesque Llyn y Cwn at 716 meters, offering hikers a chance to enjoy the serene lake and surrounding mountain views.
