Hassan was great guide, very responsive. The van had internet service which is very useful during 3-day tour. Even the hotel where we stayed first night was amazing. The only thing that could be improved is restaurants where we stopped for lunches and maybe a bit more information from all the guides that showed us around.

An overall enjoyable experiences for our first trip in Morocco. Our driver, Omar Faiz, was excellent, accommodating, friendly and attentive. The desert tour was well planned, sand boarding was fun and the camel rides were gentle. We had the luxury accommodation but despite the aircon at 30C, it was still very cold - portable heaters would make it more bearable, I would definitely recommend to go with Omar if it is your first Sahara trip.

In February of 2023, we had a phenomenal 4-day/3-night tour to the Erg Chebbi dunes with Sahara Desert Trips (from Marrakesh to Fes). Our driver Yousuf was incredible - kind, accommodating, safe, and adventurous/fun all at once. The camp was absolutely lovely, visually stunning and so comfortable - a shower in our tent, huge comfortable beds, and many many covers/blankets to keep us warm during the cold nights. Given it was February, it was colder than we expected and all of the staff at the camp did everything they could to make us comfortable - lighting bonfires at night, serving endless warm tea, offering more blankets for the tent. The food was delicious and they played drums/music at night - overall, it was an enchanting trip full of natural beauty and unforgettable experiences and I could not recommend the team and the tours they provide highly enough!

Amazing trip. We started in Tangier travelled through Chefchoean, the Sahara and to Marrakech. Our driver and our guide (Ali and Hamd) were absolutely amazing. Ali was a fantastic driver who drove us through everything from sand dunes to snow and Hamd was very knowledgeable on the history of the different places we were visiting and the general state of Moroccan affairs. We unfortunately only had 4 days with them and we would suggest to everyone that given a chance to use this tour company!

I took a 3 day/2 night trip from Marrakesh-Merzouga-Fes in September of 2018 and it was amazing! It will definitely be a cherished memory for the rest of my life. We could not have asked for a better driver than Mohamed, he was excellent - extremely professional, yet easy to talk with. Mohamed went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience - he is so knowledgeable about the people and customs of Morocco and I left with a different perspective of Morocco than I would have had otherwise. Morocco and its people are beautiful - I cannot wait to visit again. Our car was comfortable and clean, and Mohamed was a very safe driver. We had no worry for our entire trip – everything was taken care of. Before the trip, I would of liked to have received more organized information on where we would be staying and who would be driving us as I am a person who likes to know all of the details. Do not worry if you don’t receive this, your driver will be punctual and everything will fall into place – just relax and enjoy!

We had Omar as our tour guide for the 3D/2N Sahara desert tour from Fes to Marrakech. He was great throughout the trip, giving us the comfort/advice on when we will need to tip vs not tip, teaching us Arabic and Berber words, and most importantly, he was a really safe (but still fast) driver. The accommodation that was booked for us was great (we chose deluxe for the desert, and standard for Dades Valley). However, only negative feedback is that food in the accommodation and also the lunch stops could have been better...

Absolutely brilliant trip. 6 days, 5 nights from Tangier to the desert and back at the end of May 2018 Hami, our driver and guide, was excellent. He was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, punctual and remained in contact even when not with us. He was a great driver and was very attentive to our needs. He took plenty of driving breaks, photo stops, helped us find things we needed such as bottled water, postage stamps for postcards etc. and even played music we enjoyed. He was very knowledgeable about our route, explaining things along the way, fitting in everything we wanted to do and then some. His English was great so we were able to learn a lot about his country from history to religion to language etc. and he provided translation assistance when needed. We felt safe and felt that everywhere we were taken was fair to tourists – we never felt that anyone was trying to take advantage of us. Hami provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and we enjoyed some wonderful meals of typical Moroccan food. The accommodations were excellent. We had the standard package and stayed in some beautiful, comfortable riads as well as some hotels. Everywhere was welcoming and friendly and the traditional breakfasts were great. Our favorite part of the tour was the desert and especially riding camels to and from the overnight camp. Sunrise over the dunes was amazing. It was a special treat to enjoy mint tea in a nomad Berber tent far out in the desert. This is a spectacular area and so quiet. We were four adults and the vehicle easily accommodated us and four suitcases, backpacks etc Overall, the tour was well worth the cost. It was very enjoyable to be driven everywhere by someone we enjoyed being with, and to have accommodation, tours etc booked for us. This all led to a stress-free tour where we feel we saw and experienced much more than we would have if we had tried to make all the arrangements ourselves. We hope to return, and would ask for Hami to be our driver again. A few suggestions for future visitors: get lots of coins for tipping take your own toilet roll and hand sanitizer as public toilets often did not have supplies.
