Angkor Wildlife & Aquarium offers an outstanding family experience, and for us it was simply the best. I highly recommend visiting on a weekday—it’s much less crowded, which gave my kids plenty of space to explore, move freely, and truly enjoy every exhibit at their own pace. What makes this place special is the perfect balance between indoor and outdoor experiences. The indoor aquarium is immersive and well designed, with beautiful underwater tunnels and educational displays, while the outdoor wildlife area lets you enjoy nature, greenery, and animals in a relaxed, open environment. If you’re looking for more excitement, plan your visit around the animal feeding times—that’s when the action really comes alive and the kids are fully engaged. The facilities are excellent. The bathrooms are very clean, which is a big plus when visiting with children, and the whole place feels safe, well organized, and family-friendly. There’s also a food court on site—we had lunch there, and the food was nicely presented, tasty, and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. This is more than just an attraction—it’s a full-day, educational, and enjoyable outing for families. Highly recommended for parents with kids, nature lovers, and anyone looking for a well-managed, memorable experience in Siem Reap.

This was the best experience I’ve had at a zoo/aquarium. Back at home (in the states) we rarely get lucky with seeing much animals out. Here we got to see ALL the animals up close. And we went during a great day where it was less busy! I’ve never experience going to a wildlife/aquarium where I was able to freely roam and come close to the windows! Awesome time here and highly recommend

Ankor Wildlife & Aquarium was an awesome experience! The entire place was super clean and very well taken care of, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed. There were also plenty of food and drink options available on campus, so you never have to go far for refreshments. Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for something fun to do for a couple of hours. Highly recommended!

Excellent Aquarium, done really well and really tastefully. Well designed with lots of things to see. We thought we would only spend an hour there on our way back to Phnom Penh but we ended up being there for a few hours. My kids loved all the different things to see one of them even got to dress up as a mermaid and have some pictures taken. The information at each place was also really informative and there were lots of animals outside too including tigers a reptile house and more. Highly recommended.
