Poor experience with the ticketing system and not great value for money. The building of course is beautiful.
Questionable value for money if you are not really into architecture. It's crowded and dark.
Horrible ticketing system. I submitted a request for a time slot and immediately got an email saying it wasn’t available. The system then would not let me rebook ANY timeslot as required for ANY day in the future (see image). I reached out to support which did not get back to me until the next day with another option that they would book for me on the following day. This is not an option for my family and it is an unacceptable option for support to provide. Horrible systems and horrible management. They are aware of this issue and do not fix it. This company should lose its contract.
