Iconic Las Vegas landmark! Perfect for photos, full of energy, and a must-visit spot to soak in the city’s flashy, fun vibe. A quick stop with big memories! Parking is bit challenging. And a heavy waiting time to capture the photos near the sign ( we went around 11 am).

It's one of those quintessential, bucket-list experiences that perfectly captures the glitz and glamour of Sin City. From the moment you see the vibrant neon lights and the distinctive Googie architecture, you feel the excitement of the city's history. The sign is brilliantly maintained, staying true to its 1959 design by the legendary Betty Willis. The silver-dollar circles spelling out "Welcome" are a clever nod to Nevada's nickname as the "Silver State," and the eight-pointed starburst adds that classic retro-futuristic charm. The fact that visiting is completely free and has a dedicated parking lot (which makes it super convenient) only adds to its appeal. While there might be a line for the direct front shot, the atmosphere is fun, with everyone happy to snap photos for each other. We went at day and have to come back at night, and the illumination made our photos look absolutely magical! It’s more than just a photo op; it’s a tangible piece of American history and a symbol of endless possibilities. Definitely worth the stop and the memories captured!
