We had a group of eight on a 3.5 hour tour with Joseph. Joseph was wonderful. He accommodated people with mobility issues easily without them losing any of the experience. He got us on the rock early so we didn't have to deal with crowds or traffic on the tight one way roads. I cant imagine seeing Gibraltar any other way if you want to go to the top of the rock. The ships tours said they did but their busses were too big to handle the road and only went part way up. The views were stunning. Joseph took the time to explain what we were looking at-the Atlantic meeting the Med, etc. The monkeys were fun and not intrusive if you took care not to provoke them. Joseph ended with a tour around the outside of Gibraltar, it's not a large place, and was able to let people off in town at the ships shuttle stop or take them back to the ship. When my mother forgot her walker in the back of his van and only realized later, he returned it to the terminal office and we were able to go pick it up. I would absolutely recommend this tour and company to anyone looking to get a good overview of Gibraltar.

On our first visit to Gibraltar we were anxious to see the important sites, and spent a considerable amount of time reviewing tour options, The Gibraltar Pass and 'go it alone' ideas. The idea of a guided tour did appeal and was ultimately the choice my sister and I made. But which guided tour? We decided on Gibraltar Inside Out Rock Tours after looking at reviews, and it was certainly the very best choice we could have made. We booked online, quite late into the evening actually, for the following day. Immediately receiving a response and confirmation of our booking we felt reassured. The whole experience was very relaxed and we were treated like VIPs. We were collected from and returned to our hotel. Our tour guide was Tommy, a lovely friendly and helpful man. An immaculate and very comfortable vehicle was waiting for us that morning and in 2½ hours we were able to see a great deal of Gibraltar, and learn a lot about it from Tommy. He ensured we had the best views, dropped us off and picked us up conveniently, and gave us as much time as we needed in the various venues. He even took some fantastic photographs for us! This was an absolutely perfect tour, I cannot recommend Gibraltar Inside Out Rock Tours highly enough and I can assure you that if you choose to do a tour with them you will not regret it.

Fantastic tour covering all the key sights in Gibraltar. Guide was knowledgeable and anticipated our needs e.g. "take as long as you like", pointing out toilet facilities, photo opportunities etc. Only booked the night before and comms were on WhatsApp which was very easy. Guide was waiting for us agreed time. Highly recommended tour and reliable company.
