Bought a bike from paulo and Neill, had a couple of minor issues that got sorted immediately, amazing customer service nothing is ever an issue. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Our go-to store and not always perfect. Finding the right size feels a limitation of their good range and too small stock. Pockets bulging with cash and walking out not having spent a cent seems our usual pattern. That written, have a close look and you’ll find all manner of opportunities of brands and assorted accessories. It maybe we have what we need already. When we do find stuff, the staff range from very helpful to less well informed. The key is to ask for someone who knows the item well, especially when it comes to helmet sizing, which otherwise felt unskilled before finding the better informed and practiced colleague. Downstairs and the range of new and used bikes is always a temptation so we bought one: a painless experience and we enjoyed Paulo’s guidance of a young and aspiring rider. They stock Royal Enfield too, which is a bonus to me and suggests a careful range of biking budgets. So, we’re short that final 5th star for our frustrations of finding garment stock is sizes, and especially the limited women’s section. Note, the ranges of gloves always seem spot on. Summary, pop in and browse for an hour or two. You may find something unexpected.

A very positive and relaxed experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and took the time to talk me through everything. They helped me pick out a full set of gear that suited both my needs and budget.
