I had an urgent need to travel from Magarpatta Pune to Mumbai Andheri return back. Neeraj got this arrangement done within a few hours of requesting him and kept me updated with his status messages and as well regular checks to ensure that driver and cab had reached, was the cab clean, return journey started, reached safely, etc. Once the rate was confirmed in early discussions before booking neither Neeraj or driver did not pester me with saying make part payment for CNG and Tolls as was experienced with previous other vendors. I reached night and I was not bothered with remainder payment but was asked that I reached safely and nothing on payment until only next day morning. The driver was very safe and pleasant conversation knowing when to give privacy and when to interact. Extremely great satisfaction levels with the professional behaviour and overall experience. I will strongly recommend to my friends and relatives.
