The instructors will bring the team to the famous local market, search for the proper ingredients and let the team bargain with native vendors. Each team experiences the local life and enjoys the Thai cuisines they made by themselves. 2. Muay Thai experience: The team will watch the Muay Thai performance that be showing by little trainees. In addition, the team will also be training the Muay Thai skills by professional Muay Thai coaches. The team is able to learns both physical and mental strength from this session. 3. To visit native charities: the team will help the natives by doing their daily routines, or arrange their goods. To learn the local cultures will help the team to deal with CRS and social responsibility better in the future. There are actually more activities than I described here, each of them is fun and could be the new experience. More than team building. Unlike normal team building programs, doing activities internally and at the limited area. We did the half day trial adventure, that took us to the fresh market getting spices, dragon fruit and kissing a live fish. This was followed making Som-Thai, by a ride on a boat across the river and folding a lotus flower, riding on a bicycle and eating a pink egg. The final stop was blind tasting two Thai dishes and guessing its ingredients. The guides were very helpful and the pace is just right. We really enjoyed ourselves.
