Well, I honestly don’t know where to begin—because this experience was beyond amazing. First and foremost, I want to start by thanking the wonderfully kind and welcoming family who made this day so special: Alan, Catriona, and their lovely daughter (whose name sadly slips my mind). From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home, as if we were long-time friends visiting rather than just guests. Their warmth and genuine passion for what they do shines through every minute of the experience. I had no idea how much I needed to be around alpacas until I was. There’s something incredibly calming about them—just being near these gentle, curious animals makes you feel instantly relaxed. And touching them? It’s like stroking the softest thing on earth. It’s hard to describe, but the feeling stays with you long after you’ve left the farm. It was one of the most peaceful and grounding experiences I’ve ever had. This day wasn’t just a simple visit—it was easily one of the best things my wife and I have ever done on a holiday. There was laughter, connection, learning, and a lot of pure joy. We didn’t feel like we were just ticking off a tourist spot—we felt like we were part of something special. The drive from Dublin might seem like a bit of a stretch, and yes, it’s a bit out of the way. But let me tell you—it is absolutely worth it. The scenery on the way is beautiful, and when you arrive and see those hills, that fresh air, and those adorable alpacas waiting for you, you’ll instantly forget about the distance. Had a fantastic day! Wonderful hosts! Tea and coffee and a lovely little spread of cakes and snacks and juices provided. Really relaxed atmosphere and a lovely clean place. Animals were amazing and friendly. We learned a lot and enjoyed every minute. We will be back again soon!

Amazing place. Alan is a lovely fella and great for the chats. Extremely intimate setting. light refreshments are on offer after spending time with the Alpacas. The alpacas are adorable and you can get up close and personal with them. I would highly recommend a visit and will return in the summer. Brought my godson for a birthday treat. Catriona and Alan had a gorgeous birthday cake candles and all. I can't recommend a visit here enough. Wonderful people. Thanks for Dylans Birthday surprise he was chuffed 🦙♥️
