Bus terminal is in order. Toilet is clean, 0.50 euro per entry. Bus left on time. Plenty of seats around. We were on Bus 92 to Lagos. Bus captain drove safe and very smooth, a comfortable ride. Thank you.

This stupid bus driver doesn’t deserve single star. Very rude guy, locked toilet 🚽 and in Oder to use toilet he is asking €50. And if little bit longer taking time for toilet. Door nocking very loudly. Rede counter customer service staff also very rude. We’re tourists and we are paying money.

Great experience. We took bus number 50 from Lisbon to Porto. The bus was almost new, with plenty of legroom even if someone reclined their seat. Bus number 49 on the return trip was not as well-maintained and definitely had less space.

On time, very nice and clean bathroom inside the bus, air conditioning, clean seats, not too crowded, check point inside the station for the digital ticket. The price on the ride changes depending on the day you want to make a reservation, so it's better to book the trip 2-3 days in advance. Similar prices with Flixbus, but better conditions. Very good experience.

Sete Rios Bus Station in Lisbon is a key hub for regional and long-distance travel, offering connections to various cities across Portugal and beyond. While it serves its purpose efficiently, the overall experience can be a mixed bag depending on your expectations and timing. Pros: The station is strategically located in a central area, making it accessible via multiple transport modes, including the Metro (Jardim Zoológico stop) and trains from the nearby Sete Rios train station. The integration with other transport options is seamless, and this convenience is a significant advantage for travelers. The ticketing system is straightforward, with automated machines and counters available for assistance. Many operators, such as Rede Expressos, offer frequent departures, providing flexibility for last-minute plans. The waiting areas are functional, and there are small kiosks and cafes for snacks or quick meals. Cons: However, the station feels outdated and somewhat cramped, especially during peak travel times. Seating in the waiting areas is limited, and finding a spot can be challenging. Signage is another area that could improve, as first-time visitors might find navigation slightly confusing, especially with buses boarding from different bays that aren’t always well-marked. Cleanliness in the station is average; restrooms, in particular, could benefit from better maintenance. Additionally, there is limited luggage storage, which may inconvenience travelers with longer layovers. Conclusion: Sete Rios Bus Station is functional and well-connected, making it a reliable choice for bus travel in Portugal. However, it lacks the modern amenities and comfort of newer transport hubs. For seasoned travelers who value efficiency over aesthetics, it gets the job done. First-time visitors might want to allow extra time to navigate the station and prepare for a no-frills experience.
