After being picked up at the Ohlstadt train station, you will enjoy a short walking tour of the village, learning about its unique history, including whetstone production, bobsledding, and World War II events, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Alps. This cultural introduction sets the stage for an immersive experience, blending history, local lifestyle, and the flavors of Bavarian cuisine.

The tour continues at the family home, where participants engage in hands-on cooking experiences. You will learn to make traditional pretzels, Obatzda cheese, and Brotzeit while enjoying freshly baked snacks. Then, together with the hosts, you will prepare a full meal of Jägerschnitzel with Bratkartoffeln, accompanied by wine, beer, or other beverages. To conclude, a traditional schnapps toast is shared before transportation back to the Ohlstadt train station, allowing guests a short ride to Garmisch or a longer return to Munich.
