Very good value for money. Waleed was very helpful and looked after our 3 month old while we snorkeled. Both the drivers and boat crew were very helpful with handling our stroller. A bit rushed between boats if you snorkel, but overall a very good trip.

I’ll be honest — after wading through the *novel* of negative reviews for the Panorama Semi Submarine Tour, I showed up fully prepared to be disappointed. I was even practicing my “I-told-you-so” face. But surprise, surprise… the whole thing turned out to be **mind-blowing**. From the moment we stepped aboard, the experience was genuinely welcoming — a refreshing contrast to the doom-and-gloom prophecy foretold by some reviewers. Once we got inside and looked through those submarine glass windows, it felt like we’d accidentally walked onto the set of a live National Geographic documentary. Fishes, corals, the whole underwater world doing its underwater thing. Absolutely stunning. Our kid? Completely thrilled. Eyes glued to the glass, shouting out colors faster than we could keep up. Pure joy. And honestly… the negative reviews? I’m at a loss. Maybe — just *maybe* — people weren’t satisfied because the tour didn’t include freshly fried fish and chips made from the very fish swimming past the windows. Sorry folks, it’s a semi-submarine tour, not a seafood restaurant with a “catch and cook” option. For us, the Panorama Semi Submarine Tour was fantastic. If this is what the “terrible” experience looks like, sign me up for more disasters.

Very bad service from the seller, Galal lied to us and wanted $25 for each. There were five of us, he promised two places to swim, there was only one place to swim and an all inclusive drink on the boat. We only had hot water from the machine, there was no coffee and no coca cola, Fanta, Sprite, everything for a fee. I do not recommend it at all.

We had the best experience in Hurghada in June with Osama!! He was amazing organising everything in our hotel and reassuring us by answering every question we had we couldn’t have asked him to be any more amazing even if he tried!! We had the most memorable experience on the boats and swimming something that we would have done everyday if we could have we will truly never forget it! The staff were lovely on board and we had a good laugh with everyone felt so comfortable like we were with family the whole way! Would recommend to everybody who wants the surreal experience of swimming with the fishes🐠🪼

Worst organization here in hurgada, We have done many trips but this one is really below standard. you go in 15 minutes with an old, not safe sub boat, (lower part cannot be closed). to a small coral reef. with about 5 different fish, after 30 minutes of loud shouting and illuminated photo moments you are taken to one.from where you will be taken to a floating cafe on the panoramic boat for snorkeling. you are here 90 minutes. , photos, etc. are clearly not included. After this you will be taken to the marina. the entire journey takes 4.5 hours. where you can watch the bad underwater life for 30 minutes. Tip, book this trip in Safafa. including generous zeescope. the underwater life is much more beautiful. many more fish and sea turtles. no transfer to a pontoon boat for diving. don't book this!

Trip was better last year as the boat spent a longer time at the reef now they stay for a little time and then dock at a floating cafe for snorkeling. Now it's just a drinks and photo sales trip and they put People under a lot of pressure so be careful and say at outset no photo and they understand. Trip around two hours.
