Customer Reviews
Exceptional Bike Mechanic & Top-Notch Service! I had an incredible experience at this bike shop. The mechanic here is truly a master of their craft—knowledgeable, precise, and clearly passionate about bikes. They took the time to diagnose the issue carefully, explained everything in a way that made sense. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be coming back! 🚴♂️✨
My experience with this shop has been nothing short of disappointing. After the first reply, to which I promptly provided exactly what they had asked for, they simply vanished. Despite several follow-ups, no response ever came back. It really feels like if a product doesn’t bring in enough profit, it doesn’t deserve their time or attention. That’s the only explanation I can find for such a careless approach to customer service. Regardless of the profit margin, customer care should always come first. Sadly, that doesn’t seem to be the case here. It’s a mentality I’ve come across before around here, and it keeps showing just how short-sighted it is.
I recently bought a few bike accessories from OE Bikes, along with a bike part that they needed to order in for me. When the part arrived, they promptly phoned and emailed me, and even kept it safely in the shop until I could come pick it up a few weeks later. I’m very satisfied with the products and the service. I also did a bike fit with them — excellent service, very reasonable price, and a real attention to detail. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. They’re not just a bike shop — they truly care about helping you improve your cycling experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for bike improvements, new purchases, servicing, or a professional bike fit.
