My experience with this shop has been nothing short of disappointing. After the first reply, to which I promptly provided exactly what they had asked for, they simply vanished. Despite several follow-ups, no response ever came back. It really feels like if a product doesn’t bring in enough profit, it doesn’t deserve their time or attention. That’s the only explanation I can find for such a careless approach to customer service. Regardless of the profit margin, customer care should always come first. Sadly, that doesn’t seem to be the case here. It’s a mentality I’ve come across before around here, and it keeps showing just how short-sighted it is.

Disappointed after what should’ve been a simple service. Brought the bike in for a spoke replacement and a routine yearly service — nothing major. I was told the torque sensor needed replacing too, so I agreed to have it done. About a week or so after picking the bike up, I started noticing issues with the front shifting. The chainring looked slightly warped, the chain dropped a few times (damaging some of the teeth), and shifting overall just wasn’t right. I took a closer look and found clear wear and damage on the crank spindle — like someone had forced the crank off during removal. It doesn’t take much imagination to guess where that might’ve happened. I contacted the shop to raise my concerns — gave them a fair chance to respond and advise what might be done — but I never heard anything back. No explanation, no follow-up, no effort to help. It’s a pity, really. I had expected a bit more care and communication. But sure — what’s sent out will find its way home.
