This is an overpriced bicycle. In the first year, the chain, pedals, brakes and gears broke. There is no guarantee for anything, they say that it is a consumable. I ride the bicycle 2 times a day for 5 km. Stored in a dry place. Now the complete pedal broke again. In 3 years, about €800 to €1000 spent on repairs. That is terrible.

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever seen. Dishonoured a warranty on my elderly dad’s bike and the actual owner literally told us to F off in person today when we tried to speak with them. Owner has no sense of consumer rights or how to speak to customers. Now have to go to the small claims court to try to get them to honour the warranty they sold the bike with. Not welcome in Swords. DISGRACE

Easy to communicate. Fast transaction. Got the bike delivered free. Bike itself is grand, powerful and efficient. Been using for 3 months now. Edited as I cannot leave another review. My bike saddle was stolen and Zak and team were very helpful. They were fast and most of all, they did everything for free. I would go back to buy another bike with them even I need to cycle far. Thanks a million!

I have the RS III model. Very worth it for every penny I spent and the design is grand. Stable and easy to use. The assist and the speed are exactly what I need. The delivery is very fast too. No complain at all. Just a bit heavy because of the fat tire. 😅
